Active Older Adult Group Fitness at The Ridge Community League

Wed. & Fri. mornings, 10:00-11:00 am.

An all around workout designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. We start with a warmup and progress through a variety of strength and balance exercises, using free weights or resistance bands, as well as some light cardio, all to music. There will be a core, then stretch/cooldown component at the end. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and abilities, depending on fitness levels and possible injuries.
Bring our own mats, weights, resistance bands and water bottles.

  • Once per week : $99
  • Twice per week: $198
  • Drop-ins: $10, space permitting
