Chair-Friendly Adult Fitness Classes — Thursdays, starting in September

THURSDAYS 9:00am -10:00am (Sep 11 – Oct 30 — no class Oct 2)
7 Classes for $70 or DROP IN’s for $15 per class
This class is designed for seniors of all abilities and fitness levels who want to improve their overall strength and balance. We will work on all major muscle groups of upper and lower body to improve posture, balance, mobility and flexibility. The class will also include gentle cardio, stretch and balance exercises. We will use light weights, elastic bands and bender balls. The class is CHAIR FRIENDLY.
